Our Funeral Home Facility

Our Bridgetown Road location offers one of the most well-appointed funeral facilities on Cincinnati's West Side. The building was purpose-built as a funeral home, featuring a large open floor plan with viewing rooms that can accommodate very large funeral services. Each room includes a large flat-screen display for memorial videos and an overhead sound system for music.

If a religious or memorial service is being held at our facility, we have seating for over 120 guests. We have ample space for photos, photo boards, flower arrangements, and personal memorabilia — we have even accommodated motorcycles and classic cars on display for a family's guests to view. The original Victorian-style house that houses our offices and conference room has been preserved in its original form to honor the history and character of Western Hills.

We offer the largest, lighted parking lot of any stand-alone funeral home in Western Hills, along with courtesy agreements with neighboring businesses for overflow parking during large services. Security and parking attendants are on site for your guests' safety and convenience, along with full security camera coverage of the entire property.

Types of Funeral Services

Traditional Funeral Service

A traditional funeral service typically includes a visitation at our Bridgetown facility, followed by a funeral service either at our chapel, a church of your choosing, or both. After services, a graveside committal service is held at the cemetery. We coordinate all logistics — including transportation, cemetery arrangements, and clergy — so your family can focus on being together.

Cremation Services

As a licensed, on-site crematory, we offer the full range of cremation options — from direct cremation to cremation following a complete traditional visitation and funeral service. Your loved one never leaves our care. Many families do not realize they can have a full traditional service and still choose cremation. Learn more about our cremation services.

Personalized Services

Every family is different. We work with you to create a service that truly reflects your loved one's life — from custom memorial cards and Blu-ray DVD slideshows, to unique personal displays of their hobbies, passions, and achievements. We have displayed motorcycles, golf clubs, artwork, and even classic cars at the doors of our facility. Learn more about personalizing a service.
